한국전쟁에 대한 모든 것 1(All About the Korean War 1)

1950년 6월 25일은 우리 민족의 최대비극인 한국전쟁이 일어났던 날입니다.

 

1950년 6월 25일 새벽 4시, 북한군은 기습적으로 38선을 넘어 남침을 해왔습니다. 8˙15 해방 이후 아직 사회적으로 안정을 찾지 못했던 우리나라는 탱크를 밀고 들어오는 북한군에게 밀려 계속 후퇴하게 되었습니다. 6월 28일 우리나라는 새벽 한강 다리가 폭파되자 서울을 버리고 총퇴각을 하였습니다. 북한군은 6월 28일, 불과 3일 만에 서울을 완전히 점령하였습니다. 이렇게 우리나라 군인이 밀리게 되었던 것은 북한군이 오랫동안 전쟁 준비를 하며 소련의 최신형 무기를 다량 소지하고 있었기 때문입니다. 우리 국군은 낙동강까지 일방적으로 밀리게 되었습니다. 1950년 9월 16일 인천상륙작전의 성공으로 전세가 역전되어 10월에는 평양을 수복하고 압록강과 두만강까지 진격하였습니다. 그러나 중국군의 개입으로 다시 후퇴하게 되었습니다. 전쟁은 3년 동안 계속되었습니다.

6·25전쟁은 1953년 7월 27일 휴전협정을 맺을 때까지 계속되었습니다. 6·25와 같은 비극을 다시 겪지 않기 위해서 하루빨리 평화통일을 이루어야 합니다.

 

June 25, 1950 was the day when the Korean War, the greatest tragedy of our nation, took place.

At 4 a.m. on June 25, 1950, the North Korean military suddenly crossed the 38th parallel and Invasion from North Koreaed. After Korea's liberation from Japan's colonial rule on Aug. 15, Korea was pushed back by North Korean soldiers pushing tanks. On June 28, when the Han River Bridge was blown up early in the morning, our country abandoned Seoul and retired altogether. On June 28, North Korean troops completely occupied Seoul in just three days. The reason why South Korean soldiers were so far behind was because the North Korean military had long been preparing for war and possessed a large number of the latest Soviet weapons. Our army was unilaterally pushed to the Nakdong River. On September 16, 1950, due to the success of the Incheon Landing Operation, the war situation was reversed. In October, Pyongyang was restored and the Amnok and Tumen rivers were advanced. However, the Chinese military intervened and retreated again. The war lasted for three years.

The Korean War continued until the armistice was signed on July 27, 1953. We must achieve peaceful reunification as soon as possible so as not to suffer tragedy like June 25.
