I've visited countless time, Gwanbangjelim,

located near Gwangju,

makes for a great day trip,

and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes around the area.

Gwanbangjelim offers ample parking space, 

so you don't need to worry about parking.

Gwanbangjelim is a pathway along the Gwanbangcheon stream,

streching from Namsan-ri Dongjeongja Village in Damyang-eup to Gangui-ri in Daejeon-myeon,

covering a distance of about 6 kilometers.

 

 

This path includes a well-maintained forest spanning approximately 2 kilometers,

known as "Gwanbangjelim."

The trees in Gwanbangjelim are around 400 to 400 years old,

resulting in a lush forest with a wide canopy,

making it an excellent place for a leisurely walk

even on hot afternoons.

 

Gwanbangjelim's natural beauty led to its designation 

as a Natural Monument on November 27, 1991.

In 2004, it even received th Grand Priza at the 5th Beautiful Forest Nationl Competition.

In Gwanbangjelim, you'll find various types of trees,

including 111 pine trees,

18 oak trees,

9 cherry trees,

1 cedar trees,

1 persimmon trees,

and more,

totaling over 400 trees.

As you stroll through Gwanbangjelim,

as shown in the pictures.

you can walk and talk endlessly,
